Decarb Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based M&E EPC contractor specialising in Fire Protection, ACMV, and ELV systems, holding bizSAFE Star and ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications. We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, and commission the IP networks underpinning our security and fire alarm system installations across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and commission IP networks for ELV systems — IP CCTV/surveillance, access control, and networked fire alarm systems.
• Set up and manage network switches, VLANs, IP addressing schemes, and PoE infrastructure for security and life-safety devices.
• Configure and integrate addressable fire alarm panels (e.g. EST3/EST4, Notifier, Simplex) into networked architectures.
• Implement system integration via Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP, ONVIF, and related protocols, including BMS integration.
• Conduct on-site testing, commissioning, and fault diagnosis of networked security and fire alarm systems.
• Prepare network architecture drawings, IP schedules, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, system vendors, and authorities (SCDF) to ensure compliance and smooth handover.
• Provide post-handover troubleshooting, support, and maintenance for networked ELV systems.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Singapore codes (SS 645 / CP 10, SS CP 52) and WSH requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer/Network Engineering, Infocomm, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in ELV, security, or fire alarm systems, preferably within the M&E or building/construction industry.
• Solid IP networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, managed switches, PoE.
• Hands-on experience with IP CCTV, access control, and/or networked fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP, ONVIF) and BMS integration — an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore fire alarm and ELV codes (SS 645 / CP 10, SCDF requirements) preferred.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification advantageous.
• Strong fault-diagnosis and troubleshooting skills; able to work across multiple site locations.

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for day-to-day legal issues for the Allianz Asia Pacific Regional Office (AZAP) and certain Allianz entities in Singapore, as well as provide legal advice, guidance and oversight on legal matters for other Allianz operating entities in the Asia Pacific Region (AZAP OEs).

The candidate will be responsible for independently leading, managing and/or implementing (as required) legal related aspects of M&A transactions and group / regional initiatives and projects in the Asia Pacific region.

What you do

Legal

• Drive and lead legal aspects of group, regional projects / initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Work closely with / provide guidance to AZAP OE legal teams to align with Group’s / AZAP’s strategic direction.
• Drive and steer legal workstreams for M&A, restructurings and joint venture transactions in the Asia Pacific region. Work closely with Group Legal, AZAP M&A and OE teams to manage fast-paced transactions and demanding timelines. Manage and guide external legal counsel, as applicable.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice and transaction support for complex M&A, restructurings and joint venture transactions across the Asia Pacific region, including regional partnerships, strategic corporate transactions and similar matters (with support from external legal counsel as applicable).
• Provide business oriented legal advice and solutions in respect of all types of contracts entered by AZAP and other Allianz entities in Singapore.
• Drive the negotiation and drafting of a range of commercial agreements, ranging from NDAs and simple commercial contracts to complex cross border transactional documents, and managing relevant stakeholders independently.
• Anticipate future trends and risks in regulation and compliance and incorporating those into advice and business practices.
• Monitor and provide support to AZAP and local OE legal teams to implement corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
• Provide training to employees regarding legal topics (as required).

We seek an early career scholar specialising in public international law with a strong interest in the governance of artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainability to work as part of the AI and Technology Law programme led by Dr Jon Truby. This position is part of CIL's expanding research programme on AI law, climate and environmental sustainability, and digital governance within the international legal framework. The Research Associate will have the opportunity to advance their research profile in a dynamic and supportive environment at the intersection of AI, sustainability and public international law.

• Conduct high-quality research on the nexus between AI and digital technologies, international law and sustainability.

• Provide professional recommendations / advice to mitigate and resolve the vulnerabilities
• Present the security testing results to the relevant stakeholders
• Provide weekly status reporting on the security testing activity progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 - 5 years security experience in a security analyst, engineer, architect, consultant, or a similar role
• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Required Certifications: Any of the followings:

1. CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CREST CRT)
2. CREST Practitioner Security Analyst
3. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)

• Knowledge in conducting security testing with the following guidelines and standards
• Experience in configering and setting of Sona Cube offline.
• High proficiency in manual and automated techniques for penetration testing (network equipment, servers, web applications, APIs, wireless, mobile, databases, and other information systems), as well as executing vulnerability assessments (injection, privilege escalation, fuzzing, buffer overflows, etc.)
• Tools – Proxies, Port Scanners, Vulnerability Scanners, Exploit Frameworks (ex: Burp, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit)
• Experience/Knowledge in Semgreb will be advantage

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The role involves overseeing civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and site supervision experience in large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural works on site.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Review construction progress and report site issues.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue office cheques, client cheques, and cashier orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Process payments for both office and client accounts
• Prepare and issue office receipts and maintain proper documentation
• Perform data updates and data entry into internal systems with high accuracy
• Maintain proper records and filing of financial and administrative documents
• Support file closing processes, ensuring all required documentation and transactions are completed
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations
• Assist in maintaining clear audit trails and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Min. Nitec qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in finance administration, accounting support, or similar roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic proficiency in accounting or administrative systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
