Drafter– C&S

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificate / Diploma from technical institution
• At least 3–5 years of consultancy experience in civil and structural works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Experience with Civil 3D, GstarCAD, Microsoft Office, and related architectural/engineering software is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of structural detailing, effective design coordination, and navigating approval processes.
• Possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work under multiple projects deadlines with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed comprehensive civil and structural design drawings based on approved engineering calculations, applicable standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and MEP consultants to maintain design consistency and ensure fully coordinated, clash-free drawings.
• Collaborated with engineers to interpret complex design specifications and produce precise technical drawings.
• Prepared detailed civil and structural engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate drawing registers, manage revisions, and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Participate in internal project meetings to review design progress and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Support the engineering team in developing project deliverables, ensuring all drawings comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Demonstrates strong time management and task completion.

Tanggungjawab Kerja

Melaksanakan pemasangan, penyelenggaraan, konfigurasi, pengujian, pentauliahan dan penyelesaian masalah CCTV, Akses Kad, Sistem Pengesanan Pencerobohan, rangkaian, storan, perkakasan dan perisian.

Melayani pertanyaan, sokongan, perkhidmatan dan isu pelanggan.

Terlibat dalam kerja-kerja pemasangan kabel, pendawaian, pemasangan dan penamatan.

Laporkan butiran tapak, kerja yang telah dilakukan, status kemajuan projek, permintaan atau maklum balas pelanggan dan isu-isu kepada Pengurus/Penyelia yang melapor.

Kemas kini dokumentasi dan sediakan latihan operasi.

Berhubung/mengurus dengan pembekal/vendor dan kontraktor luar untuk kerja-kerja penghantaran.

Keperluan

Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Profesional, Diploma, Diploma Lanjutan atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan (Elektrik/Elektronik, Komputer/Telekomunikasi, lain-lain)

3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam industri yang serupa.

Mempunyai lesen memandu dengan pengangkutan sendiri (Kereta).

Pengetahuan asas dalam pengkabelan, rangkaian, elektronik & komputer.

Mempunyai kemahiran analitikal yang baik, komunikasi yang cemerlang dan interpersonal yang baik.

Mampu bekerja secara bebas dengan pengawasan yang minimum.

Seorang pemain pasukan untuk mencapai matlamat korporat.

Job Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Detection Systems, networking, storage, hardware, and software.

Attend to customers’ queries, support, services, and issues.

Involved in cabling, wiring, mounting, and termination works.

Report site details, work done, project progress status, customer requests or feedback, and issues to the reporting Manager/Supervisor.

Update the documentation and provide operational training.

Liaise/manage with suppliers/vendors and outsourced contractors for delivery works.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Computer/Telecommunication, others)

3 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry.

Possessed a driving license with own transport (Car).

Basic knowledge in cabling, networking, electronics, & computer.

Strong analytical, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Key person for Security of the Centre.
• Monitor and ensure compliance on local authority regulations and Safety & Security Manual compliance especially on threat, burglary, theft & fraud, crime, access control and robbery.
• To identify potential security threats and propose remedial actions/measure to the Assistant Safety & Security Manager.
• To monitor and conduct inspection as pre-required interval for the security system to ensure the systems are always in working and proper functions as per requirement.
• Manage Fire Command Centre (FCC) daily operations and response to any emergency situations and proper document it.
• To monitor outsource security overall daily operations performance to ensure the duty is carry out in accordance to the job scopes and responsibility for smooth operations and security of the Centre’s operations.
• To prepare security roster to ensure smooth operations performance accordance to the scopes and responsibility.
• To conduct safety & security related training to securities to ensure comply requirement and interval.
• To work with security to oversee and monitor the fire system, access control, CCTV and PA system to ensure in good working order. 
• First response to security related incident and carry out investigation to gather relevant information and recommend prevention action and counter measure to prevent the similar occurrence.
• Liaise with local authority and assisting in crime investigation, incident, lost & found items and other related matter.
• To carry out the inspection to emergency equipment to ensure it is always is ready to use condition.
• First response to the Centre’s emergency and report to situation to the on Duty Manager.
• To lead and oversee the Carpark facilities of the Centre and ensure carpark operational control, systems and payment platforms are running in good condition.
• To provide carpark occupancy monitoring and data analysis report and contribute to budgeting and income performance analysis.
• Collaborate and coordinate with security personnel on all aspects of carpark operations.
• Demonstrate and maintain a professional and productive relationship with state authorities.
• To send the lost and found items to the nearest police station.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
