Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Secretarial Services
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Secretarial to join our firm.
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in Singapore corporate secretarial practice, is confident in managing a client portfolio independently, and is able to maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients
- Oversee incorporations, annual compliance, statutory filings, and corporate actions
- Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory records
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
- Liaise directly with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Supervise and review the work of junior staff where required
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of ACRA filing requirements and the Singapore Companies Act
- Experience handling client portfolios independently
- Good organisational, drafting, and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification in corporate governance or company secretarial practice will be an advantage
