IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will report to our Manager, IT, responsible for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of network and e-communications systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users (eg connection to network, login issue, email inaccessibility).

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot:

1. various client and server OS such as Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, Linux, etc.

2. Firewall

3. Networking equipment eg Network Switches, Routers.

4. Wireless networking equipment eg AP’s and Wireless Controllers.

• Set-up new workstation (desktop/laptop)

• Familiar with general computer hardware replacement

• Provide training and support to end user for basic use of computers

• EDM broadcast, Backup of Servers, Anti-Virus and Windows Client and Server update

• Monitoring of the company Network

• Update CMS (Club Management System) patches and troubleshoot connection issues

• DRS (Jackpot System): Maintenance of the DRS computers, File and Progressive servers and network connection issue.

• Update Website eg errors, contacts, etc.

• Able to provide IT support after office hours (24 hrs) and weekends

• Cover IT Exec Admin duty if necessary, as the IT team is small

Requirements:

• Keen and passionate about IT industry with strong desire to work and learn

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Flexible with working hours when required and work independently with minimum supervision

• Able to handle end-users in a professional and timely manner

• Strong working knowledge in Windows, Linux Server Environment and Networking

This role ensures that agreements, records, and timelines are properly maintained, supports the execution of commercial partnerships, and assists in maintaining clear and consistent internal processes.

Job Description

Contract Management and Documentation

• Maintain and organise records of agreements (e.g. sponsorship, vendor, and partnership agreements)
• Track contract timelines, including commencement, renewal, and expiry dates
• Ensure all required documentation (e.g. signed copies, approvals) is complete and properly filed
• Support the preparation, routing, and follow-up of agreements for internal approval and execution
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contract/database system

Commercial Operations Support

• Maintain trackers forsponsorship agreements, deliverables, and key milestones
• Monitor status ofongoing partnerships and flag upcoming deadlines or outstanding obligations
• Support coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of commercial rights and deliverables
• Assist in preparing internal updates and simple reports on partnership status

Legal & Compliance Support

• Support basic contract review processes (e.g. formatting, version control, checklist compliance)
• Assist in ensuring agreements follow internal templates and approval processes
• Maintain trackers for legal documents, approvals, and key compliance-related matters
• Support proper documentation and record-keeping in line with internal policies

Coordination &Administrative Support

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of documentation and deliverables
• Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of meetings or approvals
• Support cross-functional coordination between Commercial, Legal, and other departments

General

• Support ad-hoc legal, commercial, and operational tasks as required
• Assist during events or matchdays where coordination support is needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Business Administration, or a related field

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in legal, commercial, administrative, or operations roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered)

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and timelines

• Comfortable managing contracts, records, and structured filing or tracking systems

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Team player with the ability to coordinate across different departments

RoleSummary

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Corporate Secretarial Senior Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of local and international clients in ensuring compliance with Singapore’s corporate governance and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent service.

The successful candidate will work with the team to manage a portfolio of clients for listed and non-listed entities, ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, and other regulatory frameworks.

KeyResponsibilities

1.        Handling a full comprehensive range of corporate secretarial tasks under the minimum supervision of the CEO and/or Senior Manager or Supervisor.

2.        Handling a portfolio of clients for the customer due diligence, incorporation of companies, corporate restructuring, corporate actions, corporate secretarial-related documents, striking-off procedures, and other ad-hoc corporate secretarial matters for listed and non-listed companies.

3.        Preparing listed companies’ resolutions for directors and shareholders, general meetings’ materials, drafting announcements, attending and recording the meetings of the board and board committees.

4.        Guiding Corporate Secretarial Associates as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of corporate secretarial experience; listed company experience preferred.
• Pursuing or holding an ICSA/CSIS/CGI qualification is an advantage. Degree holders with corporate secretarial experience are welcome.
• Proficient in corporate secretarial documentation, filings, and regulatory platforms (BizFile+, SGXNet).
• Knowledgeof the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and corporate governance; SGX Listing Rules experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Discreet and able to handle confidential information
