Responsibilities

• To configure, implement and maintain all security platforms (E.g. Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC)

• Perform assessment of Security Advisories and provide recommendations to the team

• Ensure that all security devices are configured in accordance network security best practices

• Perform periodic vulnerability testing and ensure the remediation of all findings

• Perform regular review of security logs to identify potential operational/security issues

• Perform regular patching of security devices to ensure that devices firmware are kept up to date

• Ensure that all incidents are resolved within the required SLA

• Ensure that all Service Requests are completed within the required SLA

• Ensure that Work Instructions are in place and kept up-to-date for the delivery of all operational tasks

• Continuously review and improve Operations Efficiency (E.g. improving operational efficiency through automation)

• Generates routine reports in the required format

• Secure users and servers internet access

• To support and implement new initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or IT / Bachelor Degree in Computer with 5 years' experience and knowledge in Enterprise IT 

• Holding professional certificate are preferable: CISSP, CISCO CCIE, PCNSE and ITILv4

• Extensive technical know-how of network security devices (E.g. Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC)

• Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the security devices (E.g. Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC)

• Strong knowledge with Web proxy and CCNP is a must, or either in network automation tools like experience in working with automation tools (E.g. ansible), monitoring & observability and logging systems (E.g. ELK)

• Strong technical skills in areas of systems engineering, systems administration, networking, and security

• Strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly

Responsibilities

• Prepare system design, drawings, and technical documentation

• Develop network diagrams, bill of materials, and system configurations

• Perform site installation, including cabling, equipment setup, and fibre splicing

• Configure and integrate FIDS / PIDS systems, including backend servers and monitoring systems

• Support integration with CCTV and related systems

• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system performance checks

• Troubleshoot system issues during installation and operation

• Prepare test reports and maintain project documentation

• Coordinate with project team, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or related discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in security systems / ELV / project environment

• Basic networking (IP addressing, switches, servers)

• Experience in FIDS / PIDS or similar systems preferred

• Experience in system installation, integration or commissioning

• Basic AutoCAD or equivalent drafting skills

• Able to work on-site and support project deployment

• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

The role requires the applicant to design and conceptualise the integration of multiple physical security solutions to ensure solutions are cost effective, scalable and aligned to customers security needs.

• Collaborate Closely with the sales team to understand the clients requirements for physical security needs and requirements.

• Support and provide technical solutioning and support during the pre-sales process supporting the sales team during tenders for solutioning, costing and validation, including, product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concept activities, technical specifications, integration plans and compliance.

• Design and propose comprehensive integrated physical security solutions including but not limited to access control solutions, surveillance systems, ingress protection solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the project team to hand over the design concept, costing, etc for the next phase of project implementation.

• Work together with industry partners and vendors to ensure proposed solutions are robust in design and up-to date.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5 years of experience in Integrated physical security pre-sales, system integration, or a related technical field.

  • Ability to multi-task during peak season
