Responsibilities:

Primary Clinical Care

• Conduct psychological screenings, clinical interviews, and comprehensive assessments for individuals experiencing mental health and chronic health-related concerns.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans to support patients’ psychological well-being, behavioural change, and overall health management.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.

Collaborative Care

• Partner with healthcare professionals across various disciplines to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Participate in case discussions and care planning to support integrated service delivery.
• Foster effective collaboration among stakeholders to enhance patient care outcomes.

Programme Development & Service Enhancement

• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health and behavioural health initiatives.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing service effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Monitor programme performance and utilise clinical data to inform service improvements.

Education & Professional Support

• Develop and facilitate educational programmes and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide consultation on psychological and behavioural health matters to multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate actively in professional development, clinical supervision, and continuing education activities.

Administrative Duties

• Assist with service planning, clinical administration, and departmental projects.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards, organisational policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology).
• Min. 1-2 years experience providing counselling or psychological intervention for patients with chronic medical and/or psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in Primary Care Psychology, chronic disease management, preventive health, and population health.

Work location: West (Polyclinic-based) or Central (Hospital-based)

Work hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), office hours

Responsibilities:

• Ensure medications and supplies are replenished regularly to maintain smooth dispensing processes.
• Pack and dispense prescriptions according to professional guidelines and standards.
• Provide counselling to patients in accordance with good dispensing protocols.
• Understand basic medications and promptly alert pharmacists or prescribers when customers require assistance.
• Report issues, patient concerns, or complaints to supervisors or pharmacists in a timely manner.
• Offer guidance to patients for their medication intake.
• Conduct routine checks and ensure proper functioning of pharmacy equipment (e.g., weighing machines, computers, printers).
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pharmacy, work areas, and storage rooms.
• Ensure dispensing counters are stocked up with consumables daily.
• Monitor stock levels of medicines, leaflets, and other pharmacy supplies, and replenish as required.
• Regularly check expiry dates and condition of all pharmacy stock.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Graduates of the Certified Pharmacy Technician Course (CPTC)
• Prior work experience as a Pharmacy Technician would be advantageous but not necessary
• Possess excellent customer service skills and has good interpersonal skills
• Good team player and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Spokesperson: Act as a key point of contact for international media, managing everything from press releases and interviews to large-scale media events.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for business negotiations, high-level document drafting, and public speaking.

• Industry Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally within the Technology or B2B sectors.

• Global Mindset: A strong understanding of cross-cultural work environments; candidates with overseas study or work experience are highly preferred.
