* Prepare shell drawing once received Architect and Structure drawings from Client.

* Liaise with the client about shell drawing before proceeding with Aluminium Formwork.

Job Description

Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. Sales Support

• Assist the U.S. sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and maintenance of customer information.

Your Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.
• Fresh graduates who are proficient in both Chinese and English are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.

Keperluan:

• Minimum Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan
• Pengalaman dalam persekitaran pembuatan adalah satu kelebihan tambahan
• Mampu mengendalikan transaksi perakaunan, pelaporan dan dokumentasi kewangan secara bebas
• Biasa dengan AP, AR, penyelarasan bank dan aktiviti penutupan bulanan
• Pengetahuan tentang keperluan berkanun, SST dan prosedur perakaunan
• Kerja berpasukan dan kemahiran komunikasi yang baik

Tanggungjawab:

• Membantu dalam operasi kewangan dan perakaunan harian
• Sediakan catatan dan laporan perakaunan
• Mengendalikan pembayaran pembekal, penyelarasan dan dokumentasi kewangan
• Menyokong aktiviti penutupan dan audit bulanan
• Menyelaras dengan jabatan dalaman dan pihak luar apabila diperlukan
• Mengekalkan rekod pemfailan dan kewangan yang betul
