ClearSK Healthcare Pte Ltd operates a network of medical aesthetics clinics in Singapore, with related brand and operational presence in Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. As part of our digital capability development, we are strengthening our in-house marketing technology function to support brand websites, microsites, Google campaign landing pages, and integrated e-commerce platforms.

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Executive to support day-to-day execution and optimisation of our web, e-shop, and performance marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Website, Microsites & Landing Pages

• Support maintenance and updates of brand website and microsites
  (PHP, MySQL, WordPress environment)

• Assist in building and refining Google Ads landing pages

• Coordinate basic UI layout, content updates, and backend support

E-Commerce (E-Shop)

• Support operations of WordPress / WooCommerce e-shop

• Assist with product setup, content updates, and system checks

• Work with internal teams on CRM-linked workflows

Internal Systems Support

• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of internal systems
  (custom PHP / MySQL build, non-public framework)

• Perform basic troubleshooting and documentation

AI-Assisted Content & Productivity

• Use AI tools for:

• Landing page content drafting and layout (e.g. Canva Magic AI, GPT-based tools, NotebookLM)

• Presentation materials (e.g. Copilot, Napkin AI or similar)

• Support internal advisory or training tools where required

Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in Google Ads (SEM) campaign setup and monitoring

• Basic exposure to SEO concepts is an advantage

Requirements

Support solution delivery through architecture reviews, technical guidance, stakeholder engagement, and governance of implementation to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.

Analyze and define business and system requirements for transaction processing, file transfer, trade finance, and enterprise integration platforms in banking environments.

Perform impact assessment on application changes across MFT, middleware, Oracle/DB2 databases, Linux batch processes, and message transformation components to ensure downstream compatibility.

Work with business, operations, and technical teams to document functional specifications, interface requirements, data mappings, process flows, and exception handling logic for system enhancements.

Review and validate EDI/XML/SWIFT/flat-file message structures, transformation rules, and file processing requirements for secure exchange between internal and external systems.

Support incident, problem, and change analysis by identifying root causes in production support environments, assessing recurring failures, and recommending functional and system-level fixes.

Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation activities by ensuring business scenarios, reconciliation rules, and integration dependencies are properly tested.

Prepare detailed analysis artefacts including BRD, FRD, data mapping documents, system workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and release impact notes to support delivery and operational stability.
