Tanggungjawab Utama:

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily admin operations, SQL system records, invoicing process, and operation coordination.

This role is responsible for ensuring all order, delivery, invoice, payment, and receipt records are entered accurately and supported by proper documents.

The candidate must be able to follow company procedures carefully and work with the admin, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams. This is an execution and support role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer, order, delivery, invoice, payment, and receipt records in SQL system.
• Prepare and check invoice information based on valid supporting documents.
• Ensure invoice details such as customer name, item, quantity, price, document reference, and payment terms are accurate.
• Support daily admin operation, including document preparation, filing, and record updates.
• Assist with DO / RO / invoice document checking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order status, delivery records, POD, and stock movement documents.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete documents with the relevant person.

The Sales coordinator is responsible for supporting the Capture Sales Initiative and its clients / sales partners including: client/agency research, presentations, generation and verification of sales orders, revenue reporting and troubleshooting problems.

Job Description:

• To assist the sales team in the preparation of quotation, proposals, reports and to attend to all incoming sales enquiries.
• To assist the company to achieve its annual sales target.
• To coordinate and liaise with team members and sales personnel’s on sales related matters.
• To source, identify and appoint agents/ distributors/ representatives
• To manage, liaise, support and ensure that agents and distributors achieved their sales target by attending immediately to enquiries, preparing sufficient marketing tools and etc.
• To attend and follow up on all enquiries immediately with the consideration of time is a factor.
• Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer's enquiries and handle all sales administration duties.
• Liaise with customer on payment mode and deliveries schedule
• To identify sales activities’ weaknesses and highlight to management for analysis and propose various remedies to management to further improve on the above

Responsibilities:

• Travel as needed (occasional overnight)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems for various industrial projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative electrical and control solutions that meet client requirements
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to manage project expectations and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Good command of language; both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, result-oriented and a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical and control system regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel when needed.
