Get to Know the Team
The Deliveries Analytics team is the analytics and data powerhouse behind Grab's marketplace and on-demand grocery delivery ecosystem. The Supply Chain function focuses on powering one of the most complex parts of the business - instant grocery and retail delivery through 3P and 1P partners. It operates at intersection of inventory, demand forecasting, fulfillment operations, and last-mile logistics. Unlike traditional marketplaces, we manage highly dynamic catalogs, perishable inventory, and real-time fulfillment constraints across dark stores and merchant partners. Our mission is to ensure that what customers want is available, picked, and delivered—fast, reliably, and cost-effectively.
