The Product Development and Insertion (PDI) organization under Data Center Technology and Systems (DCTS) is the execution arm of the development of such fungible capacity. Job responsibilities

• Execute scope for the cross-functional product development of new products and programs. Guide products through the product life cycle process.
• Work with the partner teams across data centers, with supply chain, construction and execution teams, hardware and software operations to help execute product insertions.
• Lead the Site Intercept process, assess specific data center sites for their ability to adopt emerging design configurations. Align, plan and deliver Data Center design delivery.
• Develop and execute Tech Insertion Cut-In Framework that defines the "Point of No Return" for design changes based on construction schedules and supply chain lead times.
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts, provide executive decision support, and refine processes to accelerate time-to-decision. Execute scope for cross-functional product development of new products and programs, stretching to address undefined challenges with limited guidance.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in Data Center Engineering and product design.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications like MSP or MOR.
• Experience in technical and product program management.
• Experience managing risk of product and programs, implementing mitigation plans.

We are a 115-room hotel in Singapore seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Director of Finance / Finance Manager to lead the hotel’s financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening controls, and supporting the General Manager and ownership with sound financial insights.

The title and remuneration will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the full set of accounts, monthly closing, and timely financial reporting
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections
• Analyse financial performance, variances, and key KPIs; provide actionable insights to management
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax, GST, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate stakeholders

Cost Control & Procurement Oversight

• Oversee procurement policies, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Monitor operating costs, CAPEX, and inventory to ensure cost efficiency
• Work closely with department heads to enforce budget discipline

IT & Systems Oversight

• Oversee hotel finance and operational systems (PMS, accounting, procurement systems)

Leadership & Business Partnership

• Lead and develop the finance team (where applicable)
• Partner the GM and department heads as a trusted financial advisor

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA) highly preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, cost control, and P&L management
• Hands-on, independent, and comfortable working in a single-property environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across operations

• Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, containers such as Docker/Kubernetes), including end-to-end delivery with post-release support ownership and risk mitigation.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy/compliance requirements in government contexts.
• Ability to drive product strategy from concept to implementation

Nice to Have

• Experience working with government projects
• Familiarity with policy-driven or citizen-facing products
• Background in UX, data analytics, or service design
