As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.

• Serve as a partner to cross-functional leadership, build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring operational alignment.

• Provide accurate communication to functional leads and executive management regarding project status, risks, issues, and priorities.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
• Experience with user research, or research focused tools and user centered methodologies.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with the product development lifecycle. 
• Experience analyzing data and delivering recommendations for improvement. 
• Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all Managing General Agents (MGAs) related business are conducted prudently, efficiently and profitably and in full compliance with regulatory and group requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership & Business Development

• Support review of business cases and due diligence on MGAs, underwriters.
• Prepare partnership or product launches and arrange treaty cover.
• Support crossselling initiatives.

1. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Manage applications to regulators (MAS, GIA), Head Office (HO), etc.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and group policies.
• Ensure accurate monthly reports and proper agreements, binders, and guidelines are in place.

1. Underwriting Governance & Technical Excellence

• Support referral of accounts to MA / HO / Treaty / CEO where required.
• Ensure prudent technical underwriting and reasonable turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintain technical competency through bestpractice sharing, training, and development.
• Conduct / coordinate audits.

1. Portfolio & Performance Management

• Collaborate with Business Units, Segment Profit Centres, Reinsurance, Data Intelligence & Actuarial, Claims and Finance to manage profitability and loss ratios.
• Monitor pipeline, performance vs. plan, and annual portfolio results.
• Conduct financial projections, PC calculations, and assess impacts of IFRS17, capital requirements, PPF, etc.

1. Systems, Processes & Training

• Work with workgroups to setup processes / systems
• Assist in developing IT systems and defining user requirements for enhancements.
• Provide training to internal staff on products, systems and processes as needed.

Role Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of PLC/SCADA scope—from engineering and simulation to FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover—while leading site activities, documentation, and client communication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

• Develop PLC programs and SCADA applications; conduct office simulations prior to deployment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing PLC/SCADA systems.
• Prepare electrical/instrument/control cable schedules and instrument installation based on hook-up drawings.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Plan and execute FAT for panels; perform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and point-to-point checks.
• Generate test protocols, test reports, and commissioning dossiers; submit to client.
• Prepare and submit As-Built drawings with Professional Engineer (PE) endorsement.

Project Management & Coordination

• Prepare detailed work schedules, site organization charts, and manpower mobilization plans.
• Lead day-to-day site activities; assign tasks, coordinate tools/materials, and supervise technicians.
• Verify and approve project technicians’ timesheets.
• Attend weekly client progress meetings and internal meetings; present progress and risks.
• Produce daily/weekly progress reports and minutes of meeting.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Prepare MSRA/Method Statements for all work activities and ensure compliance with QHSE/WSH requirements.
• Submit material catalogues/samples; arrange RTO inspections, site inspections, and testing per customer requirements.

Commercial & Pre-Sales Support

• Prepare BOQs and quotations for new tenders and additional works/VOs.

Client Support

• Provide remote/phone support for urgent site issues; coordinate swift fault resolution and escalation.

Technical Scope

• Apply strong working knowledge across Electrical systems, BMS, Process Instrumentation, and Fire Alarm interfaces.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Control & Automation or equivalent.
• Hands-on PLC/SCADA engineering, FAT/SAT, and commissioning experience.
• Proficient with instrumentation, control wiring practices, and reading P&IDs/loop diagrams.
• Strong documentation skills (reports, O&M manuals, MSRA, as-builts).
• Effective stakeholder communication and team leadership at site.

KPIs / Deliverables

• Zero LTI and full compliance with MSRA/WSH requirements.
• On-time FAT/SAT completion and system handover.
• Defect closure within agreed SLAs.
• Complete documentation set (test reports, O&M, as-builts with PE).
• Cost/variation control and accurate weekly reporting.
