Roles & Responsibilities

As a Data Center Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of the data center by providing support in ticket resolution, hardware replacement, fiber cabling patching, and fiber testing. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the seamless functioning of data center infrastructure. This role may require occasional lifting, physical work, and work in environments with controlled temperature and humidity. Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers onsite or remotely

- Rack and stack network equipment or servers as per client requirement

- Installation of fibre and UTP cables

- Inventory checking and reporting for sites

- Log and track all incidents through ITSM tool and follow the incident management process

Job Qualification
