You will be responsible to gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal to create customer workflows and trouble shoot errors, eventually to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project. You will work within an agile development team at the to modernize and develop CaseCentral, a case management platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements
• Developing Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
• Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems components/services
• Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
• Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus
• Knowledge of Salesforce development and customization, including:
  o  Apex development
  o  Visualforce page development
  o  Lightning components development
  o  Experience in third-party API and SFTP integrations
  o  Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)

• Configuration Experience, including:
  o  Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
  o  Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
  o  Experience in report and dashboard configuration
  o  Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus

Summary of the role
We are currently looking for a System Administrator with a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting systems and networks in an enterprise environment. Previous NOC experience would be an advantage. The System Administrator will operate as a Level 1/ Level 1.5 support role in a 24x7 enterprise environment, responsible for proactive monitoring, initial diagnosis, and escalation of incidents.

Responsibilities:
• Administration and management of IT Infrastructure and data center support, which includes basic systems, network, database, and application support.

• Respond to the incoming alerts (system-triggered, e-mail, etc.)

• Monitor infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana)

• Assess incoming alerts to understand their severity and impact before escalating

• Log, update, and manage incidents, requests, and changes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

• Perform basic health checks, service restarts, and routine operational tasks

• Follow documented support procedures for incident management, which include identifying and determining the root cause and resolving the incident or escalating to the appropriate resolver group according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).

• Maintenance of technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.

Requirements:
• Recognized Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems

• Possess basic working knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Server and/or Linux and/or Unix Systems administration

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification.

• Customer-oriented, patient, meticulous, and a strong team player.

• Strong & effective communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to work as part of a team.

• Aptitude to learn and pick up new skillsets in Systems and Network related Technologies as part of career progression and advancement.

• Willing and able to perform 12-hour Shift Work including weekends and public holidays.
