Requirements

Key Responsibilities for DCN IP Network Engineer

1. Incident & Problem Management: Own the end-to-end resolution of DCN network incidents escalated from L1/L2, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve chronic problems and security threats, aligning with ITIL processes.
