In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with sales teams and customers to understand technical requirements and define solution strategies that align with business goals
- Apply deep knowledge of NI product portfolios, capabilities, and limitations to design optimal solutions
- Analyze competitive products and market offerings to strengthen value propositions
- Design and integrate RF and supplementary technologies into cohesive system solutions
- Develop and demonstrate proof of concepts and performance benchmarks for key opportunities
- Provide timely presales consultation and technical support through customer meetings, web sessions, and calls
- Assess opportunity feasibility by evaluating technical requirements, effort, and risk to support go/no-go decisions
- Propose system architectures, configurations, and implementation approaches
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share knowledge, standardize practices, and enable reuse
- Create and maintain reusable assets such as code libraries, demonstration applications, and technical documentation
- Plan and deliver customized training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers
- Work closely with marketing and sales to replicate successful use cases and solutions
- Provide feedback on products, competition, and market trends to product management, business units, and R&D

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in RF and wireless technologies within aerospace, defense, automotive, or other mission-critical industries, or experience in system testing, validation, or manufacturing test environments
- Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies and embedded system testing
- Familiarity with real-time system testing and simulation models, control algorithms, and deployment practices
- Understanding of RF transmitter and receiver design, components, and specifications
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including customers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with RF channel models and multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel within the regional market as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Certifications in NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand
- Experience working with NI platforms including RF, FPGA, PXI, or modular instrumentation systems
- Proficiency in LabVIEW, LabVIEW FPGA programming, or similar development environments
- Hands-on experience with hardware platforms for test and measurement solutions
- Experience developing large-scale software or LabVIEW-based projects
- Exposure to project management practices and tools
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts to support customer engagement
