We're building an AI-powered research platform for institutional investors. Our platform turns vast amounts of market, alternative, and proprietary data into actionable intelligence — powered by AI agents that depend on clean, reliable, real-time data to do their job.

We need someone to own data. Not manage a team that does data. Own it — from finding the right sources, to getting them flowing, to making sure they stay healthy at scale.

Today we ingest from hundreds of sources. That number is growing fast. The sources are diverse: real-time market feeds, regulatory filings, news, social sentiment, alternative datasets, and proprietary client data. Some are free APIs. Some are $10K/month enterprise contracts. Some are clients pushing their own data into our platform. Every one of them is different, and most of them will break in ways you don't expect.

You'll evaluate vendors, negotiate deals, build integrations, monitor quality, track costs, and make the call on what's worth paying for. When something breaks at 2 AM, you'll know why before the alert finishes firing.

This is an end-to-end ownership role. No handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations with a large and growing number of external data sources — APIs, WebSockets, file drops, streams, scrapers, and formats you haven't seen yet
• Evaluate and compare data vendors across quality, reliability, coverage, cost, and terms of service
• Negotiate contracts and manage commercial relationships with data providers
• Design and operate high-throughput ingestion pipelines handling mixed workloads (real-time, near-real-time, batch, event-driven)
• Build monitoring that tells you — before anyone else — when data is late, wrong, incomplete, or drifting
• Manage data quality at scale: anomaly detection, cross-source validation, schema drift detection, gap filling
• Handle both structured data (time-series, tabular) and unstructured data (documents, text, images) with appropriate extraction and storage
• Track costs per source, usage per consumer, and ROI — recommend what to keep, upgrade, or cancel
• Build tooling that makes adding the next data source faster than the last one
• Use AI tools aggressively in your daily work — for code generation, testing, documentation, anomaly analysis, and anything else that makes you faster

Requirements

You've done this before:

• 5+ years building data pipelines that run in production, 24/7, with real SLAs
• Deep hands-on experience with SQL databases and time-series data
• Python as your primary language, comfortable with async programming
• You've integrated with dozens of external APIs and dealt with the reality of unreliable vendors, changing schemas, rate limits, and bad documentation
• You've built monitoring and alerting for data systems — not as an afterthought but as part of how you work

Job Description: 

1) Provide technical support and maintenance for mainframe tools including JOBSCAN, ChangeMan SCM and IBM ADFz bundle products such as FILE MANAGER & DEBUG Software

Job Summary

As a member of our core Project Team, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, validation, and support of software tools used by technical consultants, solution architects, and engineering teams across global project environments. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions with a strong focus on user experience, maintainability, scalability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations to ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based desktop and web applications in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
• Work within an Agile development environment, actively participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement activities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect investigation, and validation activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted productivity solutions, to enhance software development, troubleshooting, documentation, and testing activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, release notes, and user guides.
• Provide Level 3 application support, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of software development experience, preferably with Java (Core Java). Exposure to Swing and AWT will be an advantage.
• Exposure to version control systems (Git), automated build tools, and CI/CD environments.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software engineering and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of web technologies, J2EE, REST APIs, Python, XSLT, or related technologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software testing and validation practices, including tools such as JUnit, XRay, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Duties:

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers in 24x7 production environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software; manage user access, permissions, and authentication systems.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance through routine health checks, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Design, implement, and manage connectivity between on-premise data centres and cloud environments.
• Support cloud VPC architecture, VPN (Site-to-Site / Client), and Direct Connect integration.
• Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity issues across cloud and on-premises environments, coordinating with telecom providers as needed.
• Configure and manage firewalls, security groups, NACLs, network segmentation, and zoning.
• Implement security best practices aligned with regulatory standards and PCI DSS requirements where applicable.
• Collaborate with the security operations team on vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and incident response.
• Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, CloudWatch, or equivalent platforms.
• Analyse traffic patterns, latency, and throughput; proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Investigate and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, latency, and packet loss in coordination with cloud teams, telcos, and third-party contractors.
• Participate in major incident management processes and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA).
• Implement network changes in accordance with change advisory board (CAB) processes; support deployments requiring network configuration updates.
• Perform validation testing and rollback planning for all changes.
• Manage network connectivity with external partners, payment gateways, and telecommunications providers.
• Coordinate vendor provisioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation; monitor connectivity health post-provisioning.
• Design and maintain network redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.
• Participate in DR exercises and validate failover readiness.
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Identify and recommend improvements for network performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide after-hours support for incidents, scheduled maintenance, firmware/software updates, and critical network changes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering or operations, supporting enterprise or mission-critical hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking services including VPC, subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs, VPN, and Direct Connect; exposure to Azure or GCP is an advantage.
