• Partner with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements;

• Provide systems input during the specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high level delivery plan) based on impact assessments;

• Engage with suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFI processes, and ensuring timely, high quality product deliveries;

• Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects;

• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions;

• Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and organizational standards.

Job Description:

• Responsible to configure, setup, design process sequences, troubleshoot, and fine-tune processes on projects using FASA applications or help to develop them.
• Responsible for carry-out machine on-site setup and buy-off process.
• Act as a lead for core efforts such as setup, troubleshooting, and buy-off project using established procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in semiconductor process and engineering, with a strong track record of solving complex troubleshooting issues at a system level.
• Advanced expertise in software configuration, machine system architecture design, maintenance strategies, system optimization, and complex debugging.
• Advanced proficiency in Omron PLC and Keyence PLC systems, including system design, installation, setup, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Strong command of PLC programming languages, including but not limited to Ladder Diagram, Functional Block Diagram, Structured Text, and Statement List, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable control systems.
• Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols, including RS232, TCP/IP, Modbus, and integration between PLCs and various industrial devices.
