Key Roles and Responsibilities

• To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
  
• Attend to fault calls during/after office hours
  
• Support Maintenance Lead to upkeep Clients’ security system inventory list and maintenance spares
  
• Support Maintenance Lead to liaise with clients, integrated facility management representatives and trade contractors to facilitate work at clients’ premises
  
• Liaise closely with clients, integrated facility management representatives on all service/maintenance related issues to achieve optimal results
  
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
  
• Perform any other technical tasks as required including new installations, A&A, HOTO, T&C and equipment replacement etc
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Engineering/IT or relevant working experience in the related field
  
• Hands on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV systems and Electronic Key Management System
  
• Additional knowledge in hardware configuration, System Networking and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
  
• Must be a team player, independent and willing to take ownership and pro-active in problem solving
  
• Driving License (Car or Motorbike) – Preferably if candidate possesses its own vehicle
  
• Singapore Citizens are preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct gap assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead regional ITSM/ITAM projects, including rollout of ServiceNow modules across APAC branches.
• Define and track governance KPIs, analyze trends, and report risks/issues to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and adoption of ServiceNow across branches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to standardize IT processes.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT governance, ITSM, or ITAM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM modules.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills with ability to work across regions.

Preferred

• ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and test small-to-medium features in OpenWrt packages and system services (such as UCI, procd, and ubus).
• Debug and triage issues on device images using logs, dmesg, and kernel diagnostics.
• Develop unit and integration tests, maintain CI job scripts, and follow release processes and checklists.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on driver bring-up, board support, and device tree updates.
• Document technical changes, write clear commit messages, and actively participate in code reviews.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 0–3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in C.
• Familiarity with Linux userland and basic shell scripting (ash/bash).
• Working knowledge of Git and debugging tools such as gdb, strace, or tcpdump.
• Willingness to learn OpenWrt build systems, cross-compilation toolchains, and embedded development workflows.

Nice-to-have:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (interfaces, IP addressing, routing) or Wi-Fi fundamentals.
• Experience with embedded Linux through academic, personal, or professional projects (e.g., OpenWrt, Yocto).

Job Description

• Develop detailed radio frequency (RF) translation plans and system architectures
• Evaluate key performance parameters such as gain, noise figure (NF), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), dynamic range, linearity, and power consumption to ensure a robust and predictable design
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to drive PCB implementation, with a focus on clean power supply design, interconnect integrity, EMI compliance, and RF transmission performance
• Participate in design reviews and prepare comprehensive documentation across all stages of development, from concept to final prototype testing and characterization
• Perform parametric evaluation of transceivers, including Pout, IMD/IP3, EVM, and noise parameters using spectrum analyzers and modulation analyzers
• Conduct wireless link-level functional evaluations to complete product characterization
• Work closely with product engineering teams on certification processes, new product introduction (NPI), and Transfer of Technology (ToT) for high-volume production

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, Digital Communication Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in the design and integration of RF, analog, and mixed-signal blocks such as power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), mixers, frequency synthesizers, filters, couplers, detectors, and microcontrollers
• Solid understanding of deriving specifications from system-level requirements
• Experience with CAD tools and familiarity with evaluation workflows and RF test equipment for performance validation
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for test automation are an advantage
