Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data migration scripts and workflows to support system implementations and upgrades.
• Develop and optimize SQL-based solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support system integration activities between SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to data migration and system performance.
• Contribute to system design and propose improvements for data architecture and processing efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support deployment and implementation activities.
• Ensure documentation of technical designs, data mapping, and migration processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in data migration and data conversion projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and data manipulation.
• Exposure to SAP debugging and data structures.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in system integration and data flow design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in healthcare systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and configure SAP Ariba solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Develop and customize SAP Ariba modules, including:Ariba SourcingAriba ContractsAriba Supplier ManagementAriba Procurement / P2P
• Analyze business and technical requirements from procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders, and translate them into system design and development specifications.
• Build, enhance, and optimize workflows, approval rules, catalog configurations, and supplier onboarding functionalities within SAP Ariba.
• Develop and support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S/4HANA or other ERP platforms using APIs, cXML, and IDOC interfaces.
• Perform end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, debugging, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot system defects, investigate technical issues, and implement fixes to ensure stable and efficient application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT developers, finance users, procurement stakeholders, and system architects to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and system support manuals.
• Conduct user training and provide technical guidance during implementation and enhancement phases.

Key Skills / Must-Have

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) business processes.
• Hands-on experience in software solution design, system development, configuration, and testing.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into software enhancements and application solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
