What you will do:

As GSAM - Technical Architect, you will be responsible for Leads design, positioning, and technical execution of advanced thermal and cooling solutions for global data center customers. Acts as a trusted advisor aligning customer requirements with optimized, scalable, and energy-efficient architectures across chiller, liquid cooling, and central plant systems. Partners closely with Global Strategic Account Managers (GSAMs) to align technical solutions with account strategy, drive customer engagement, and accelerate deal conversion. Serves as a global customer advocate, ensuring alignment between customer needs, solution delivery, and long-term partnership objectives.

How you will do it:

• Architect end-to-end thermal solutions (air-cooled, liquid cooling, hybrid systems) aligned with hyper scale and colocation requirements
• Translate customer technical requirements into optimized system designs, including capacity modeling and performance trade-offs
• Lead technical components of proposals, including system architecture, energy efficiency modeling, and solution differentiation
• Partner with Global Strategic Account Managers (GSAMs) to align solution strategy with account priorities, customer engagement plans, and pipeline development
• Serve as a global customer advocate, representing customer requirements internally across engineering, product, and operations to drive alignment and delivery
• Lead and support program management of complex, multi-region data center initiatives, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Support pricing and commercial strategy through technical value articulation (TCO, PUE, lifecycle cost)
• Act as technical interface between customer engineering teams and JCI product/engineering organizations
• Drive innovation adoption(e.g., high-density liquid cooling, advanced chillers, heat reuse)
• Operating Rhythms
• Joint engagement with GSAMs in strategic account planning, global customer governance, and executive technical discussions
• Lead global customer advocacy forums to align technical roadmaps, performance expectations, and long-term partnership objectives
• Program management cadence across large-scale deployments, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and delivery milestones
• Technical design workshops with customers focused on future state architectures and AI workloads
• Proposal development cycles with cross-functional engineering, product, commercial teams, and GSAM leadership
• Quarterly solution and program reviews aligned to customer roadmap, capacity plans, and technology evolution
• Ongoing engagement with product teams to influence roadmap based on customer requirements.

What you will do:

The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications. Key emphasis will be on the ability to understand customer requirements and rapidly demonstrate how composite based solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals. This position will require travel with the business development team to customer facilities during visits to discuss these future opportunities in depth.

How you will do it:

• Provides customer support by responding to requests for technical queries with detailed analysis of building management system, schedule of creation, tooling costing, and submittal of design and process improvements, when applicable, to meet all customer product needs.
• Works with engineering, sales, and ops staff to understand standard component fabrication techniques, standard composite materials to use, and current demands of our customers to formulate design details for the sales staff and our customers.
• Provides product technical engineering information by creating and giving presentations on customer proposals. This contains, but is not limited to, 3D representations of finished goods, 3D representations of tooling, etc.
• Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Conceptual design of composite components and assemblies to support proposals
• Generate solid and surface component and assembly CAD models
• Ability to compose detailed bill of materials for proposals
• Work as part of a team of design and engineering and ops staff
• Knowledge of ACMV and controls associate with Johnson Control Metasys will be an advantage

What we look for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Process & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years relevant working experience
• Possess knowledge in PLC programming. Pcvue or ICONICS software
• Transportation composite or other composite experience preferred

What you will do:

Leads and supports Johnson Controls & CavAsia division technical operations in Singapore, overseeing projects ranging from medium to large-scale greenfield and retrofit projects primarily within the Pharma and Semiconductor industries.

How you will do it:

Holds full responsibility and accountability for all technical matters, including engineering, design, construction, project manpower planning, and project schedules, across multiple engineering disciplines.

Collaborates with various project teams and managers (PMs) on the following areas:

• Works closely with the Tender Team on project costing-related matters during bidding.

• Provides technical support to the team during the tender stage as solution architect.

• Maintains and enhances positive relationships with clients and all stakeholders.

• Be responsible for in house equipment selection and coordination with procurement for third party equipment.

• Review, validate and coordinate engineering support from internal teams as well as bid management teams on tender stage.

• Support project delivery team on technical aspects during execution stage if required.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

• Internal functional management, including resource planning, performance management, and career development of team members. This includes conducting employee assessments, developing succession and personal development plans, and identifying future organizational talent.

What we look for:

• University degree in Engineering preferable Process or Mechanical Engineering, practical experience related to HVAC system, cleanrooms and exhaust abatement systems is beneficial.

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the construction sector, specifically in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.

• Experience in the overall system design, tendering, and value engineering processes.

• Knowledge of international design codes and standards.

• Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team with shared objectives. Prior experience in leading individuals to collaborate effectively is advantageous.
