Role:

• Perform network administration in a heterogeneous environment (production, DR, test) comprising of network and security equipment, telecommunication links.
• Perform hardening, upgrade and enhancement on IT infrastructure components.
• Monitor, assess, schedule and implement network, and product-specific security vulnerability patches.
• Monitor obsolescence of IT infrastructure components (network systems).
• Monitor expiry and perform renewal of network system password and certificates.
• Implement network backups operations to ensure data recoverability and business continuity.
• Execute disaster recovery plans for IT infrastructure (network systems) and conduct regular disaster recovery (DR) testing and component switchover exercises to ensure usability of standby and DR equipment.
• 24x7 support is required (Need to work in 5 x shifts).
• Provide second-level network support and resolve incidents and problems in accordance with the established Service Level Agreement (SLA)..
• Perform problem diagnosis on incidents and propose & implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing network and security equipment such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancer, DNS, NAC in financial institutions or mission-critical environment.
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Open to work in 24X7 Shift role.
• CCNA / CCNP / CCSA Certification required.
• 1st Shift - 7am - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 2nd Shift - 2.00pm - 11.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 3rd Shift - 10.30pm - 7.30am (Monday to Friday)
• 4th Shift - 7.30am - 7.30pm (Sat - Sun)
• 5th Shift - 7.30pm - 7.30am (Sat-Sun)

Requirement

• Lead requirements gathering using design thinking, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions for agencies
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and drive digital transformation initiatives across public sector environments effectively
• Define user stories, functional specifications, and oversee implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption through clear communication, training, and engagement strategies
• Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, manage change requests, and continuously improve service delivery outcomes

Requirement

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT industry.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or similar relevant education background.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture.
• Minimum of 5 full lifecycle ServiceNow end to end implementation experience is required.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, with strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives
• Solid analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into practical, user-centric technology solutions effectively
• Experience working in Agile environments, with exposure to cloud architecture, automation, and system integration practices
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders
• Background in public sector or large enterprises, with ability to influence change and drive successful project outcomes
