What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in one or more disciplines: Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical
• Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory)
• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks or similar
• Experience in projects within semiconductor, biopharma, data centre, or other high-tech/industrial environments
• Ability to produce and coordinate both 2D drawings and 3D BIM models
