Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to support and grow key accounts as part of our expansion in IT staffing and workforce solutions. Reporting to the Business Unit Owner, this role focuses on account growth, client delivery, and business development execution, with strong exposure to enterprise and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Unit Owner in expanding key accounts, particularly within government and enterprise sectors, by identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
• Manage and grow client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering timely, high-quality staffing solutions.
• Contribute to business development activities including lead generation, proposal preparation, client presentations, and deal closure.
• Coordinate and deliver mass recruitment projects across technology roles, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Build long-term client relationships by providing tailored and consultative workforce solutions.
• Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring engagements.
• Support recruitment operations across permanent, contract, and managed services models, including RPO engagements.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and industry best practices while maintaining operational agility.
• Stay updated on IT and cloud industry trends to better support client workforce planning and hiring strategies.

• Background in recruitment, preferably within the IT services industry, with experience supporting IT recruitment activities.
• Experience in outsourcing, headhunting, or managed services is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and exposure to tenders or large-scale staffing projects, with the ability to support business development efforts.
• Experience managing or supporting client accounts, recruitment delivery, or project execution within a recruitment or staffing environment.
• Track record in public sector engagements, offshore development centres, and FM (Infrastructure / Cloud) staffing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—eager to build, scale, and push boundaries, with a keen sense of opportunity and innovation.

HR GENERALIST

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting employee experience, engagement, and HR operations in a fast-growing international organization.

In this role, you will:

•  Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and internal activities such as recognition initiatives, town halls, wellness programs, team bonding activities, and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to gather feedback, understand concerns, identify engagement gaps, and proactively improve the overall employee experience.
• Take a hands-on and proactive approach in driving HR initiatives, ensuring activities are executed effectively without relying on constant direction from management.
• Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal practices in alignment with global HQ standards and Indonesian labour regulations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador, supporting employees and resolving people-related matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and global/regional HR teams to align daily HR operations with employee needs and broader business goals.

What we expect of you:

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Generalist or HRBP role within an international or multinational environment.
• Strong experience in employee engagement, internal events, and culture-building initiatives.
• A proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with employees across levels.
• Experience in identifying employee concerns, gathering feedback, and turning insights into practical HR actions.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and HR compliance (e.g., UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, UU No. 11 Tahun 2020)
• Experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
