職責

*對集團內各子公司進行合規性審計，以確保其遵守法定、監管和內部標準作業政策和程序。

*為集團提出、實施和管理持續的內部稽核計畫。

*確保集團維持高標準的公司治理和風險管理。

*協助完成審計任務、編製審計報告、進行任何專案審計調查。

*協調、規劃和執行現場實地考察和測試。

*提供進度報告和稽核結果更新。

*出席並參與總結會議，報告審計結果。

*進行後續審計，以確定建議的落實。

要求

*馬來西亞籍男性或女性。

*學士學位或ACCA/CIMA專業資格證書。

*2-3年內部或外部審計經驗，精通會計及審計準則；不過，應屆畢業生亦可考慮。

*具備優秀的英語、馬來語和國語書面及口頭溝通能力（三語能力）。

Tanggungjawab

*Menjalankan audit pematuhan ke atas pelbagai anak syarikat dalam Kumpulan bagi memastikan pematuhan kepada dasar dan prosedur operasi standard berkanun, kawal selia dan dalaman.

*Mencadangkan, melaksanakan dan mengurus program audit dalaman berterusan untuk Kumpulan.

*Memastikan Kumpulan mengekalkan piawaian tadbir urus korporat dan pengurusan risiko yang tinggi.

*Menyumbang kepada tugasan audit, penyediaan laporan audit, sebarang penyiasatan audit khas.

* Menyelaras, merancang dan melaksanakan kerja lapangan dan ujian di tapak.

*Menyediakan laporan kemajuan dan kemas kini penemuan audit.

*Hadiri dan sertai mesyuarat akhir untuk membentangkan dapatan audit.

*Lakukan audit susulan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan cadangan.

Keperluan

*Lelaki atau perempuan Malaysia.

*Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau kelayakan profesional ACCA/CIMA.

*2-3 tahun pengalaman audit dalaman atau luaran dengan pengetahuan mendalam tentang piawaian Perakaunan dan pengauditan; walau bagaimanapun, graduan baharu akan dipertimbangkan sewajarnya.

*Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang cemerlang dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Mandarin (kemampuan berbahasa tiga bahasa).

*Bersedia untuk melancong ke anak syarikat untuk tugasan audit.

• Position Title: Internal Audit Executive.
• Salary: RM 3500-4500.

The hiring company

A conglomerate diversified public-listed Group of companies listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia with core business in property investment and development, IT services and manufacturing. They have an immediate opening for the position of Internal Audit Executive based at their corporate head office based at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

*Carry out compliance audit on various subsidiaries within the Group to ensure adherence to the statutory,regulatory and internal standard operating policies and procedures.

*Propose,implement and manage a continuous internal audit programs for the Group.

*Ensure the Group maintain high standards of corporate governance and risk management.

*Contribute to the audit assignments,preparation of audit reports,any special audit investigations.

*Coordinate, plan and perform on-site fieldwork and testing.

*Provide progress reports and updates of audit findings.

*Attend and participate in exiting meeting to present audit findings.

*Perform follow up audits to ascertain implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

*Malaysian male or female.

*Bachelor degree or professional qualifications ACCA/CIMA.

*2-3 years internal or external auditing experience with in-depth knowledge of Accounting and auditing standards; however fresh graduates will be duly considered.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Trilingual language ability).

*Willing to travel to subsidiaries for audit assignments.

About the job

We are looking for a strong contributor to our IKEA Pasay City HR team, someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in providing general HR and Office Administration Services, familiar with other facets of Human Resources, and can add value in supporting the business.

Your assignment

Reporting to the Store Human Resources Manager, you contribute to the overall Operational Excellence of the Human Resources Team by providing general HR and Office Administration Services to the store organization, as well as providing support to other facets of HR, such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee relations, and other relevant HR initiatives / activities, as needed.

• Supports HR Manager and HR team on the daily operations;
• Supports HR team in the end-to-end employee life cycle;
• Handling administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interview and clearance process;
• Release of Movement/Confirmation documentation;
• Follow-ups of New Hire Review Forms Compliance;
• Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, enrolling vendors, and works closely with different suppliers and ensuring that purchases or services are processed and being paid on time;
• Setting up, completions and maintenance of co-worker files and 201 records, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics;
• Supports HR talent team on Internship / Apprenticeship programs.
