Job Summary
Lead and drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline within the organisation. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to implement impactful talent strategies and programmes.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Management & Succession Planning
• Drive end-to-end talent management processes, including talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning
• Monitor and track development plans for high-potential employees and succession candidates
• Support engagement and development initiatives for leadership pipeline
Leadership Development & Programmes
• Plan and implement leadership development and learning initiatives
• Manage talent programmes, secondments, and high-potential development pathways
• Coordinate mentoring and coaching programmes, including vendor management
• Design and implement leadership programmes in partnership with stakeholders
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Analyse talent data and generate insights using dashboards and analytics tools
• Track KPIs related to talent management and leadership development
• Support process improvements through data-driven insights
Stakeholder & Project Management
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external vendors
• Support leadership appointment and succession processes
• Drive organisational projects related to talent, culture, and transformation initiatives
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent management, L&D, or organisational development
• Experience in designing and implementing talent and leadership programmes
• Experience in project management and change management
• Analytical with ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Familiarity with HR systems or talent analytics tools is an advantage
