• Ensure timely and accurate processing bimonthly payroll for workers, including update leave records, attendance taking, Computation & workers’ loan deduction
• Assist with renewal for work injury compensation insurance and any other types of insurance
• Company registered motor vehicles related (renewal for vehicle’s insurance, inspection & road tax)
• Maintenance/MOM PE examination for factory equipment (crane, air receiver & fire extinguisher etc.)
• Report work-related accident and submit Incident Report & process work injury compensation claims
• Factory SgMA Risk Audit and membership renewal (SCAL, Bizsafe)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HR/Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
