Job Responsibilities

• Manage staff health screening and occupational health programs.
• Maintain and update employee immunization records (e.g. measles,diphtheria, hepatitis, etc.).
• Ensure staff comply with mandatory vaccination and immunityrequirements.
• Monitor and report compliance with occupational health and infectioncontrol policies.
• Work with healthcare providers or external clinics for medical checksand vaccinations.
• Support infection prevention and control measures within theorganisation.
• Educate staff on health requirements, vaccination importance, and workplace safety.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in occupational health, infection control, or healthcare setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of immunization requirements (e.g. measles, diphtheria, hepatitis, etc.)
• Understanding of infection prevention and control practices in healthcare environments
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate health and vaccination records
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements

Speech Therapist (Part-time )

- Assess, develop, plan and implement speech therapy

interventions to students with speech, language, communication

difficulties in accordance with programme approach, framework

and SOPs.

- Be part of the collaborative team to work with students on a one-

to-one basis, group or special setting based on programme requirements.

- Provide speech therapy consultation, support and update on the

students’ progress and status to caregivers.

- Refer students to respective school team for consultation and

further treatment or training as and when necessary.

- Share speech therapy-related knowledge and best practices

when required.

Employment Type: Part-time (Locum option available)

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (approximately 8 hours per day)

Duration: 7 months (renewable based on performance and project needs)

Compensation: $45 – $65 per hour (commensurate with experience and professional certifications)

Job Description & Requirements

Clinical Occupational Therapy Services:

• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments, including activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, upper limb function, cognition, and psychosocial status where applicable.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to residents’ functional needs and rehabilitation potential.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to:

❖ ADL retraining and functional task practice

❖ Upper limb rehabilitation and positioning

❖ Cognitive rehabilitation and stimulation

❖ Sensory and perceptual training where indicated

❖ Prescription and training in the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment

❖ Environmental modification to support safety and independence

• Facilitate individual and group-based therapeutic activities to promote engagement, social participation, and overall well-being of residents.

• Support falls prevention and risk reduction through functional assessment, environmental recommendations, and staff guidance.

• Provide recommendations on seating, positioning, pressure care, and safe handling techniques in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

• Liaise and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, medical, social work) to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide guidance, education, and basic training to care staff and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals during daily care routines.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation in designated electronic systems (e.g. ECCareSuite, Salesforce), in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor residents’ progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust intervention plans accordingly to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care.

• Respond to therapy-related queries and provide clinical input between scheduled visits where required.

• Participate in case discussions, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives where applicable

AHPC-registered Occupational Therapist(s) with relevant experience in geriatric/long-term care.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and Fire Safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify safety risks.
• Prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead safety training, briefings, and inductions.
• Review Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Maintain safety equipment and documentation.
• Implement Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and conduct fire drills.
• Inspect premises for fire hazards and ensure compliance with Fire Code.
• Train and manage Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Requirements:

• Must be a MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
• Must hold a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification
