Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments for medical device and Software as Medical Device innovation projects to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety
• Develop and maintain risk management reports aligned with ISO 14971 standards to support project decision-making
• Conduct clinical need validation and de-risking activities to align technology solutions with healthcare requirements
• Implement and manage quality management systems compliant with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 for investigational device studies and commercialization projects
• Provide regulatory and quality management guidance to multidisciplinary project teams to facilitate successful project milestones and grant applications
• Maintain detailed audit documentation and Design History Files to support regulatory inspections and internal reviews
• Coordinate project activities including procurement assistance, meeting documentation, and communication management to ensure smooth project execution
• Support educational initiatives such as seminars, outreach events, and project attachments to foster clinician innovation and knowledge sharing
• Apply strong technical writing skills to produce clear, accurate, and compliant documentation for regulatory and project purposes
• Collaborate effectively with clinicians, technology partners, and stakeholders to drive medical technology development and adoption

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in project coordination within medical device development environments
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes relevant to medical device software
• ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 audit experience
• Passion for medical technology innovation with meticulous attention to detail

Job Summary

Deliver specialized nursing care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess, monitor, and manage residents’ health conditions, ensuring safe medication administration and quality care in a nursing home environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with approved nursing practice standards and professional guidelines to ensure safe and effective care delivery
• Apply specialized clinical nursing skills to provide comprehensive nursing services tailored to residents’ needs
• Collaborate with residents’ attending doctors and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize care plans
• Monitor, assess, and report timely changes in residents’ conditions, needs, and treatment responses to support clinical decisions
• Implement nursing care and interventions according to individualized care plans and evaluate their effectiveness
• Recommend and initiate revisions to care plans based on residents’ responses and clinical assessments

Required competencies and certifications

• Registered Nurse locally trained with Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Foreign-trained Registered Nurse with Diploma or Degree in Nursing and recognized Board Pass (e.g., Professional Regulation Commission – PRC)
• Full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and possession of a valid Practicing Certificate

Job Summary

Support nursing operations by assisting Registered Nurses in supervising care staff, delivering resident care, monitoring health status, and coordinating medical appointments to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with approved nursing practice standards and organizational policies to ensure quality care delivery
• Assist the Registered Nurse (RN) in supervising care staff and healthcare attendants to maintain care standards
• Provide basic nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in residents’ conditions and care needs promptly
• Deliver nursing interventions according to individualized care plans to meet resident needs
• Conduct nursing rounds jointly with the RN to assess resident status and care effectiveness
• Supervise care staff in maintaining residents’ personal hygiene and comfort
• Oversee care staff in accurately checking, monitoring, and recording residents’ vital signs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care activities and resident information
• Assist the RN in medication administration, ensuring adherence to safe medication practices
• Guide care staff in safely transferring, positioning, and mobilizing non-ambulant residents
• Supervise care staff during diet serving and feeding for residents requiring assistance
• Assist in admitting, assessing, and orienting new residents to the facility
• Perform basic rehabilitative activities such as range of motion exercises and assisted ambulation
• Arrange and escort residents to prescribed therapies, including occupational therapy sessions
• Coordinate and schedule residents’ medical appointments and transportation logistics
• Accompany residents to hospitals or polyclinics for follow-up appointments as needed
• Initiate appropriate emergency actions and promptly escalate issues to the RN
• Collaborate with the RN to maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment within the home
