Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Able to work part-time / weekends / event-based
• Comfortable teaching beginners (advantage)
• Comfortable appearing in live or recorded sessions

Customer Engagement

• Create a fun, positive, and welcoming class environment
• Motivate and engage participants throughout sessions
• Ensure participants feel comfortable and confident during activities

Program Support

• Assist in planning dance routines and fitness programs
• Participate in special events, wellness activities, and promotional sessions
• Support team in promoting healthy lifestyle initiatives

Safety & Wellness

• Ensure exercises are safe and suitable for different age groups
• Provide proper warm-up and cool-down guidance
• Monitor participants to prevent injury during sessions

Job Requirements

• Experience in dance, fitness instruction, or group exercise classes
• Energetic, friendly, and confident in leading group sessions
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Able to demonstrate dance movements clearly and effectively
• Comfortable working part-time, weekends, or event-based schedules
• Experience teaching beginners or community classes is an advantage
• Comfortable appearing in live sessions or recorded promotional content
