We are looking for Occupational Therapist to be a part of our dynamic trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals which comprises Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Physiotherapist and (Associate)/Psychologist. The team provides a range of rehabilitative and intervention programs to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community.

The team provides range of individual and/or group rehabilitative and consultative intervention programs in an educational setting, for clients age 4-6 years. The team aspires to maximize the holistic learning and development of clients to enable their independence and active participation in the natural settings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized/ group therapy programmes
• Apply pediatric and early intervention evidence-based practices in the intervention programme for clients
• Keep updated of development and research in areas pertaining to pediatric occupational therapy
• Be part of the trans-disciplinary team of therapist, social workers and psychologist in the programme
• Conduct workshops and training for both internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/Master in Occupational Therapy (listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications)
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as full registrant

Community Integration Service (CIS) provides a range of intervention programs (individual and group activities) to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community.

CIS aims to support the integration of children and youth with physical disabilities into their schools and community so that they can reach their fullest potential. This is achieved by empowering clients with skills for holistic development and promoting supportive environments in collaboration with families, educators and community partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualised therapy programmes;
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process;
• Work independently and provide intervention sessions at home;
• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention;
• Facilitate discussions with caregivers and educators in schools;
• Provide/organise group activities for clients;
• Work closely with the AHP team involved in delivering service to clients; and
• May be assigned AHPC supervisory function for senior therapist.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy (listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications);
• Fully registered therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore;
• Prior working experience with paediatric group is preferred;
• A team player and adaptable to work in a community based setting.
