Oaks R Suites Geelong are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.
If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast & lunch shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:
- Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
- Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options
- Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Breakfast & lunch shifts
- Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $31.19 per hour
Saturday: $37.43 per hour
Sunday: $43.66 per hour
