Working Hours: Weekday - 9.30am - 6.30am / 10.30am - 7.30pm | Weekend 10am to 3pm

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls
- Introduce and explain our products in a clear and professional manner
- Identify business needs and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments to follow up
- Update call logs, feedback, and follow-up actions

- Experience in telemarketing / call centre field
