About the Role

• Manage third-party information security and conduct business continuity risk assessments
• Partner with regional and Group stakeholders on security initiatives

IT Operations and Support

• Oversee day-to-day security infrastructure and system access controls
• Provide first-level IT support to users and escalate support issues to 2nd level IT support where required
• Coordinate with Head Office for the implementation of Group Information Security initiatives
• Assume any other tasks as assigned

To be effective and successful in this position, he/she should:-

• More than 8 years' of relevant experience in Information Security, IT risk or Technology Governance within banking or financial services
• Extensive knowledge of information security, local regulations and industry best practices
• Advanced IT knowledge in Network and Systems and Certification in information security (CSX, CISA, CISSP…) will be an advantage
• Experience managing outsourced IT environments and vendor risk, information security risk assessment and audit reviews
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance hands-on operational matters with strategic oversight
• Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Team player with strong ability to analyze and solve problems
• Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, flexible

This role will provide day-to-day IT operational support across the organisation’s property management operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure. The role oversees the implementation and maintenance of property management systems, manages IT assets, and supports digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within retail and commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities

a)      IT Operations & Technical Support

• Provide support for day-to-day IT related enquiries and system management.
• Liaise with outsourced vendor for more complex issues.

b)      Property Management Systems Implementation

• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of property management systems.
• Coordinate with system vendors and internal stakeholders during system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct user testing, system documentation, and user training to ensure smooth adoption of systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimise operational efficiency.

c)       IT Infrastructure & Network Management

• Assist in managing the organisation’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and connectivity across properties.
• Support maintenance of network equipment such as switches, firewalls, access points, and structured cabling.
• Monitor system performance, backups, and system security to ensure operational continuity.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.

d)      IT Asset Management, Security& Compliance

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT hardware and software assets.
• Manage procurement, deployment, tracking, and lifecycle replacement of IT equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets including warranties, licenses, and maintenance contracts.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and system monitoring practices.
• Ensure antivirus, patching, and system updates are properly maintained.
• Support data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance policies.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or multi-site operations.
• Exposure to systems such as lease managementsystems, building management systems (BMS), or tenant management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and property management systems.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with IT asset management and IT service management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

·      Develop efficient, reusable, and version-controlled Databricks notebooks and workflows.

·      Implement data transformation, cleansing, and validation logic to ensure data accuracy.

·      Design and manage curated data layers supporting reporting and advanced analytics.

·      Establish data quality, lineage, and governance practices across the Databricks platform.

·      Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists to deliver analytical datasets.

·      Leverage SQL/Spark for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

·      Apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows.

·      Migrate the reports from Traditional database to Databricks environment with optimized schema and schema structures and validate the data

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and alignment with business objectives.

·      Implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD automation and version control to streamline deployment and management of Databricks workflows

Requirements

·      Native or at least advanced business level of Japanese speaking ability

·      Minimum 9 years of experience in consulting firm serving Japanese Clients

·      Possess 5 years in solution, architecting, design and development experience in enterprise/ architecture projects

·      Experienced in managing full development lifecycle phases, designing enterprise software and defining solution architectures and technology

·      Applying design concepts – Service oriented architecture, layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns

·      Application integration service support components

·      Designing and integrating applications and SaaS solutions using technology stacks and cloud service providers, such as Microsoft (e.g. Azure, power BI, Tableau),

·      BI service support components (e.g. Data warehouse, extract-transform-load processes, databases)

·      Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Hadoop Exposure

·      E2Eintegration experience (Hybrid cloud model)

·      Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Good relationship building skills are necessary, including the ability to build a rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of the customer.
