JOB SUMMARY 

The Senior Manager, Digital + Tech Transformation Revenue Management & Reservations, APEC plays a critical role in Marriott’s Digital and Technology Transformation, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Strategy & Reservations Field Support, APEC] with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Commerce Support, Business Transformation Office, APEC+GC.

Job Summary

Lead and optimize delivery operations by managing a high-performing team and streamlining logistics processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction across Eastern Harvest Foods’ group of companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of delivery personnel to ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Oversee daily delivery operations to achieve timely and efficient distribution of goods.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate staff deployment and delivery activities across multiple companies to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Analyze logistics operations data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and logistics metrics to drive continuous enhancement of systems and workflows.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in logistics or fleet operations within FMCG trading or related industries is highly preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills applied to logistics challenges and operational planning

Job Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager will assist the Assistant General Manager and Manager in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure the Restaurant operations run efficiently and effectively and that customer service standards are maintained at all times. The Assistant Manager will be leading a team of Supervisor, Captains and Service Attendants
• This role will encompass the formulation and implementationof operating procedures and standards, the management and development of staff,and liaise with executive management to ensure that Marina Bay Sands’ short andlong term goals are met
