Job Responsibility

• Design solutions across cloud, infrastructure & security, not just one niche.
  Engage customers and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Lead solution design, presentations, demos & POCs.
• Build compelling proposals (architecture + costing + positioning).
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to make deals happen.
• Support RFPs, SOWs, and ensure solutions are delivery-ready.

Requirements:

• Has experience in Presales / Solutions Engineering / Technical Consulting
• Understands cloud (AWS preferred) and enterprise IT environments
• Can confidently communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• AWS Certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect) (Good to have)
• Experience in MSP / Cloud Migration / Managed Services (Good to have)
• Exposure to security or monitoring solutions (Good to have)

about the job:
This is a dual-function role designed for a proactive individual who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting and corporate office management. You will be the "go-to" person for ensuring business continuity and a seamless workplace experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for end-user IT issues, including hardware, networking, software installation, and secure cloud-based applications.
• Monitoring on-site server rooms, networking switches, and power backup systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Driving the adoption of new digital tools and AI initiatives within the office, while managing corporate digital displays and web platforms.
• Acting as a key point of contact for office maintenance, vendor management, and health & safety (Fire Warden) protocols.
• Assisting with administrative workflows such as employee onboarding/offboarding, invoice processing, and managing corporate distribution lists.

skills and experience required:

• Diploma or ITE certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, Office 365, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Citrix environments is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage office facilities and administrative tasks alongside technical duties.
