The Role

You will work closely with the line managers, supporting the following key responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end operations of assigned funds, including monitoring fund structures, cash flows and investor activities.

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in fund management, fund administration, or audit (Big 4 with exposure to funds/asset management clients).
• Familiarity with fund structures, investor reporting, and financial statements preferred.
• Exposure to private equity / real estate / asset management funds would be advantageous.

Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Security Architecture

• Design secure multi-cloud architectures with clearly defined Trust boundaries, Identity and access flows, and telemetry pipelines
• Implement Least privilege access models, Private networking strategies, encryption, and key management solutions
• Define and enforce policy-driven security controls across infrastructure and runtime environments

2. Infrastructure Security

• Build and manage secure landing zones using Terraform
• Develop reusable, scalable Terraform modules
• Enforce remote state security, Access controls, and policy validation checks
• Ensure all infrastructure is provisioned, managed, and governed via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

3. Kubernetes & Container Security

• Secure and harden Kubernetes clusters across EKS and AKS
• Implement admission controllers and runtime policies, Namespace isolation and workload identity
• Enforce Secure container images, Prevention of privilege escalation, Runtime behavior controls
• Manage secrets securely using externalised secret management systems

4. DevSecOps & Supply Chain Security

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with Code scanning, Artifact signing, and Release governance controls
• Enforce Branch protection rules, Approval workflows, Artifact integrity validation
• Eliminate static credentials via identity federation
• Enable safe deployment practices, Controlled promotion across environments, and Rollback mechanisms

5. Monitoring & Detection

• Aggregate telemetry across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Build dashboards and alerting systems using ELK Stack, Grafana
• Develop high-quality detections with minimal false positives
• Own alert quality, tuning, and response readiness

6. Incident Response

• Lead security incident investigations and containment efforts
• Build detailed timelines using telemetry and logs
• Perform impact analysis and root cause identification
• Implement long-term fixes via code and policy updates
• Maintain and improve incident response runbooks

Mandatory Requirements

Certifications 

•  AWS Certified Security – Speciality
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)
• Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
• CISSP or CCSP (with strong hands-on engineering experience)

Experience

• 10 years+ in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure environments
• Strong expertise in Terraform at production scale
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes security (admission & runtime)
• Experience implementing secure CI/CD pipelines with scanning and signing
• Proven track record in incident response with measurable outcomes

The Role

A hands-on operational role sitting at the intersection of market surveillance, risk monitoring, and internal support. What You Will Do

Market Surveillance & Data Quality

• Monitor live market data feeds across multiple instruments, responding to alerts related to pricing anomalies, feed disruptions, and abnormal spread or quote conditions

Trade Surveillance & Risk Oversight

• Review flagged trading activity and monitor aggregate risk exposure in real time, including open positions, intraday P&L, and flow composition

Operational Support & Collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle HCM Fusion modules, primarily Recruiting (ORC), Learning (OLC), and Onboarding 
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with HR and Operations teams to understand hiring, compliance, and workforce needs 
• Perform fit-gap analysis and design scalable HR solutions tailored to high-volume, shift-based workforce environments 
• Configure and deploy recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle processes, onboarding journeys (including documentation, compliance checks, and training enrolment), and learning modules for mandatory certifications and workforce upskilling 
• Design and optimize mass hiring processes to reduce turnaround time for frontline workforce deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, HR, or a related field 
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), and Oracle Onboarding 
• Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Fusion implementations 
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering and solution design, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration and deployment 
• Hands-on experience with OTBI/BI reporting, HDL and data migration, integrations (APIs, SFTP, third-party tools), and offer letter templates (RTF) and workflows 
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments or manpower-intensive industries (e.g., security, facilities, logistics) is highly preferred 
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Recruiting & Talent Management) are preferred to ensure strong product knowledge, reduce delivery risk, and enable effective performance in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

-         6 years' post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

i. Building and maintaining applications using low-code/no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate).

ii. Design, develop, implement, and maintain business process flows, approval workflows, data connectors, and recommend improvements.

iii. Customizing workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports using low-code/no-code (LCNC) development tools that also includes Open Government Products (OGP) suite of LCNC tools, such as FormSG, Plumber (for automating workflows), Postman.

iv. Leveraging RPA tools such as Power Automate to create business process flows, automate workflows, and integrate with SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Teams, and other data repositories.

v. Collaborating with product owners, users, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and implement optimized solutions.

vi. Conducting end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and providing end-user application support.

vii. Design and create database models.

viii. Maintaining documentation for functional specifications, solution designs, and code according to best practices.

ix. Provide user training and post-deployment support.

x. Regular check in with other team members on sharing of Power Platform development and best practices.
