We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our opening tea

Responsibilities: 

1. Assist service staff by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately 
2. Ensure correct presentation and proper handling of food items 
3. Support waiters in table setup, clearing, and resetting 
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and stations 
5. Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams regarding orders and guest needs 
6. Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times 
7. Assist with opening, closing, and general front-of-house duties 
8. Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently when required 
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:

- 5 day work week based on roster
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

2. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during service 
3. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards 
4. Enforce hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations 
5. Support menu execution, preparation, and kitchen mise en place 
6. Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance supervision 
7. Monitor stock usage, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients 
8. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service 
9. Assist with opening, closing, and kitchen reporting duties 

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of work experience
- 5 day work week based on roster
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

- At least 2-3 years of experience

5. Follow all food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
6. Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout the shift.
7. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients using FIFO procedures.
8. Support senior chefs during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
9. Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
10. Report equipment issues, stock shortages, or food quality concerns to supervisors.
11. Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient and positive working environment.
12. Learn and develop culinary skills through training and daily kitchen operations.
13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
