Overview The 3R Management Associate (MA) Program is a structured rotation designed for fresh graduates who want to build a career in credit investing and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities Over the Course of the Program, You Will:

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in finance, economics, business, accounting, engineering, data science, quantitative disciplines, or other closely related fields.
