Main Purpose of Job:

To manage a team of Investment Analysts within the Asia Portfolio Management Team and to assist and lead elements of portfolio monitoring and construction across the suite of the AME investment proposition, which includes multi-asset fund-of-funds, discretionary and advisory model portfolios, and regular savings plans, across multiple currencies. RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
• Prepare payment-related documents for payment to vendor (EFT payment)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation and related journals
• Assist in month-end closing activities, (Accruals, Payables, Prepayment etc.)
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer or management as required

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and/or general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across functions

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, timely recording of AP, AR and investment related transactions
• Prepare financial and management schedules, and support timely completion of management reporting
• Handle GST submissions and budget preparation for subsidiaries
• Perform bank reconciliations, inter-company billing and reconciliations
• Monitor cash operations, prepare weekly cash management reports and monthly cash flow forecast
• Coordinate and execute instructions relating to fund transfers and fixed deposit placements
• Support/Review payment runs for joint venture companies

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in listed company will have added advantageous
