The Graduate Business Analyst role supports TAL’s claims transformation by translating complex operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements that guide technology delivery. In This Role You Will:

• Document detailed claims workflows and create accurate process maps that highlight inefficiencies.
• Develop business requirements and user stories grounded in real consultant needs.
• Support workshops by capturing pain points, workflow challenges, and operational insights.
• Maintain requirements documentation, ensuring traceability and identifying conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
• Participate in UAT to validate that solutions improve operational workflows and record issues from a business perspective.
• Work closely with Technical BAs to ensure smooth handoffs and complete, well‑structured requirements.

The Customer Solutions Specialist role will support the analysis and end to end delivery of remediations impacting TAL customers as well as internal stakeholders. The role is responsible for analysing customer impact due to a remediation and supporting the broader team in the development and delivery of customer remediation activities, including root cause analysis and rectification strategy.

The role will work closely with key stakeholders across the TAL business to support the implementation of remediation initiatives within the Customer Solutions, Claims function. Particular focus is given to ensuring effective customer outcomes in line with TAL’s Customer philosophies within the risk management framework.

In this role you will:

• Supervise and coach Analysts to ensure accurate documentation of remediation details, high-quality data management, root cause analysis, and adherence to TAL remediation policies.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Claims, Risk, Operations, and frontline teams to align on remediation scope, process improvements, and customer communication strategies.
• Shape and implement corrective actions and preventative controls, including strategy development, approvals, and governance oversight.
• Collaborate with data teams and SMEs to refine data extracts for impact analysis and support accurate remediation planning.
• Support training and communication rollouts by developing FAQs, fact sheets, and assisting with drafting and testing customer communications.
• Execute remediation plans and projects, including system updates, direct customer contact, and delivery of small-to-medium scale initiatives to improve operational resilience.

Throughout the two-year program, you will have rotations across our Finance Teams, in addition to one area outside your discipline. You will gain experience in our Management Reporting teams and broader experience across Finance and TAL. Rotations are designed to build breadth across the finance value chain, with a mix of core foundations and areas tailored to your development.

By combining strengths, we will help more Australians access fast, secure, and innovative payment and regulated data services, ensuring they can bank and transact with the institutions they know and trust. As such, we are looking for a Program Finance Manager to join the integration Program team which oversees the successful integration of the two businesses to become better together.

This is a Maximum Term Contract opportunity through until March 2028. 

As the Program Finance Manager, you’ll be embedded within the integration program and be accountable for driving financial oversight, governance, and strategic insight across all phases of program execution. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the role ensures that financial planning, cost tracking, and synergy realisation are tightly integrated with program milestones and decision-making.

The role supports the Integration Management Office and workstream leads by providing actionable financial analysis, maintaining transparency on integration costs, and enabling informed decisions that align with program objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Strategic Oversight & Governance: 

• Governance & Reporting: Supports ongoing governance processes and provides regular updates to the Program Leadership, Steering Committee, and Sponsors.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Credit Risk to join our Financial Risk team on a 12-month maximum term contract, to support in the strategic reporting of Financial Risks.

The Senior Analyst will support the Senior Manager Market Risk and Head of Financial Risk in the strategic reporting of Financial Risks to internal stakeholders, ALCO, and Board. The Senior Analyst will develop and maintain business requirements documentation for all reports and implement/develop analytical solutions and apply Machine Learning and AI for deep insights

Risk Data & Reporting 

• This role has responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective management practices over risk data, allocated systems and reports, including:
• Effectively and efficiently enable Risk to meet statutory and regulatory reporting obligations and produce management reports to support data driven decisions
• Lead the development and implementation of a suite of financial models, dashboards and reports to uplift Risk capabilities
• Establish and maintain standardised data hierarchies to facilitate consistent analysis linking risk results to internal/external drivers

As Program Manager, you will lead large, cross‑functional teams across a complex, multi‑year transformation, from initial platform deployment through to full portfolio migration. You will balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure outcomes are achieved within a highly regulated insurance environment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise platform delivery, strong commercial acumen, and the credibility to influence at all levels of the organisation.

In this role you will:

• Define and own the end-to-end program structure, governance framework, and delivery roadmap for the Claims platform modernisation initiative, spanning initial deployment through to full portfolio migration.
• Establish program controls including scope management, risk and issue registers, dependency tracking, budget management, and executive reporting cadences.
• Lead the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of the initial Cloud deployment, coordinating internal teams, the primary vendor, and any supporting system integrators.
• Oversee solution design and integration architecture to ensure the new Cloud platform connects seamlessly with TAL's broader technology ecosystem, including policy administration, data and analytics, digital portals, and third-party service providers.
• Design and execute a structured migration strategy to transition all existing claims portfolios to the new Cloud instance.
• Work closely with TAL’s Procurement team and Claims Head of Technology to manage the commercial and delivery relationship with Claims platform vendor, holding them accountable to contractual obligations, delivery quality, and support commitments.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary program team including engineers, business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and change leads — combining direct reports with matrix-managed resources.
