ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. The role sits at the intersection of banking business knowledge and software product engineering: eliciting and shaping requirements, translating complex trade and SCF business processes into product capabilities and configurations, and steering functional delivery from discovery through UAT and go-live. Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, acquisition finance and general financing matters

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance and transaction documentation

• Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating multi-jurisdictional workstreams

• Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on transaction execution and client delivery

• Assisting with client development, knowledge sharing and internal know-how initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will have:
