• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing revenue/cost reports, analyzing business profitability, and supporting multi-year planning.
• Accounting Operations: Support accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. 
• Data Management: Utilize tools like Excel, SAP, or Power BI to perform data analysis, maintain internal controls, and improve process efficiency. 
• Business Rotations: Participate in structured rotations across different divisions (e.g., controlling, treasury, corporate tax, or pricing). 

Job Description:

• Ensure that all tasks are processed within stipulated timelines and according to the operational procedures
• Data cleaning/checking
• Check all documentation and ensure it meets requirements.
• Data-entry of key information such as client and product information, premium amount into system
• Approve submission in online platform (internal / external system)
• Archival - Scanning / Verification / Uploading
• Ensure all scanned documents are indexed correctly.
• Check and verify all documents and ensure its accuracy during verification.
• Ensure all documents are uploaded into the correct adviser’s/client’s folder.

• 12 Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• To provide IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops for end users and corporate customers

• Provide timely update to customers on service appointment, service status till closure of the services incidents.

• Ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers.

• Support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problem.

• Install Operation system, firmware, and bios.

• Handles and manages end-user from end to end.

• Handling, resolving, and keeping track of assigned cases through ticketing system.

• Work closely with dispatchers, leads and supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely.

• Attend new product training via Web based training.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ levels holders.

• Possesses basic hardware and software knowledge.

• Must be willing to travel island wide daily (roaming role), transport cost shall be reimbursed.
