Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance cum Human Resource Officer to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about both financial management and HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations by performing bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records to ensure smooth workforce management
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and HR regulations to mitigate risks and uphold company standards
- Coordinate employee benefits and administer payroll to maintain employee satisfaction and accurate compensation
- Support management by executing ad-hoc finance and HR tasks that contribute to operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in both finance and HR roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/HR software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
