Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in construction projects and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Design mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, pumping systems, and industrial machinery.

Project Management (Construction)

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction or manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Field Engineer to support an HVDC / Grid Solutions project. The engineer will be site-based and act as the key technical interface between construction, commissioning, engineering teams, contractors, and clients.

The role focuses on supporting installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities related to S2 work packages, ensuring technical issues are resolved effectively and properly documented.

Key Focus

• Special focus for S2 work package

• Focus on all issues related to the installation/Erection of the equipment activities and interfaces/coordination within packages/systems, and with related activities in the scope of Partner & Contractor.

• Ensure a daily monitoring in direct contact with the site teams and the partner(s) & Contractors in his field of activity.

• Provide close support and follow up to the engineering department by proposing documented solutions, and could as well update or prepare, as appropriate, SMFs under the supervision of the assigned engineering office.
