Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell the Company's air-conditioning and HVAC solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge in air conditioning.
Experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, M&E, building services, or project sales will be an added advantage.
With at least 1 - 2 years working experience in same role.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, dynamic team player, self-driven, willing to work under pressure, and with high integrity.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
