Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners to understand problems and design practical solutions, whether building from scratch or improving existing systems;
• Take on complex, high-impact challenges at a national level, finding smarter ways to improve how government services work;
• Promote strong engineering practices by encouraging the use of standards, good design, and continuous improvement across teams;
• Act as a lead architect, working with government and industry teams to turn ideas into real, working solutions and ensuring successful delivery;
• Build and mentor engineering teams within agencies, helping them grow their skills and adopt best practices;
• Create simple, consistent approaches for discovery, assessment, and solution design based on proven industry methods.
