Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review all facilities with an aesthetic eye for detail;
• Be well-organized and able to be hands-on to trouble-shoot and fix issues related air conditioning (Daiken VRV), plumbing, humidity related issues, all M&E issues, service provider management, and optimize efficiency while reducing operating costs.

IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will report to our Manager, IT, responsible for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of network and e-communications systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users (eg connection to network, login issue, email inaccessibility).

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot:

1. various client and server OS such as Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, Linux, etc.

2. Firewall

3. Networking equipment eg Network Switches, Routers.

4. Wireless networking equipment eg AP’s and Wireless Controllers.

• Set-up new workstation (desktop/laptop)

• Familiar with general computer hardware replacement

• Provide training and support to end user for basic use of computers

• EDM broadcast, Backup of Servers, Anti-Virus and Windows Client and Server update

• Monitoring of the company Network

• Update CMS (Club Management System) patches and troubleshoot connection issues

• DRS (Jackpot System): Maintenance of the DRS computers, File and Progressive servers and network connection issue.

• Update Website eg errors, contacts, etc.

• Able to provide IT support after office hours (24 hrs) and weekends

• Cover IT Exec Admin duty if necessary, as the IT team is small

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to oversee site execution and material management for ACMV works for project in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site installation works for ACMV systems including ducting, piping and equipment
• Plan, prepare and manage material requisitions in accordance with project specifications and schedule
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Supervise site activities and ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings and method statements
• Liaise with main contractor, consultants and other trades for coordination and progress of works
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment and site productivity
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation

Job Requirements

The Accounts Executive for payable and receivables reports to the Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. He/She assists with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system.
• Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals.
• Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
• Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Record and process all business transactions within the organisation's accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting.
• Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience dealing in construction industry
• Experienced with accounting systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of double-entry accounting principles and financial processes.
• Understanding of accounts receivable/payable functions, billing cycles, and reconciliation practices.
• Familiar with GST regulations and basic tax filing requirements.
• Awareness of internal controls and audit processes.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, customers, internal teams, and auditors.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced accounting or finance department.
