The Senior Agentic Engineer (Client Apps) will design, build, and productionize AI-assisted and agentic capabilities across client applications, turning customer and service journeys into reliable tool-using workflows. They will integrate LLMs, retrieval/context patterns, backend APIs, analytics, and monitoring into performant mobile and web experiences while maintaining strong engineering discipline across testing, observability, release controls, and guardrails. This role also champions continuous improvement through reusable agentic patterns, evaluation practices, and adoption of emerging AI and client-app engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain agentic features for client applications using LLMs, tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, and app integrations.

Translate customer and service journeys into AI-assisted experiences across mobile and web channels while preserving usability, accessibility, and performance.

• Implement prompt, context, memory, and retrieval patterns with controlled data access, reusable components, and clear ownership boundaries.
• Integrate agent workflows with REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, backend services, analytics platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Build efficient, reusable, and testable client-app and orchestration code while adhering to clean architecture and secure engineering practices.
• Establish and manage release pipelines for AI-enabled features, including configuration, prompt, model, and workflow changes.
• Implement and maintain automated tests and AI evaluation workflows for prompts, tools, API contracts, regression scenarios, and user journeys.
• Apply guardrails, fallback paths, human-in-the-loop controls, and monitoring to manage AI quality, safety, latency, and cost.
• Optimize client-app performance, model/tool latency, observability, crash reporting, analytics, and real-user monitoring post-launch.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in agentic AI, LLM application development, and client-app engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) building production software for client-facing applications, with hands-on exposure to AI/LLM, automation, or agentic workflow delivery.
• Strong engineering foundation in Flutter/Dart, iOS/Android, or modern web client application development.
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, or context design.
• Strong knowledge of Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, backend integration, and secure data handling for client applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and AI evaluation or regression-testing practices.
• Familiarity with observability and performance tools such as OpenTelemetry, RUM, crash reporting, analytics, or similar platforms.
• Abilityto work with cloud-hosted services, orchestration platforms, or infrastructure patterns such as AWS, Kubernetes, queues, or serverless workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, or production LLM application patterns.

Job Description

Role Mission

The QA Engineer (CRM) is responsible for ensuring the reliability, quality, and stability of CRM platforms across EBG domains, including Whalecloud EBS, Salesforce (SFDC), and telco CRM ecosystems.

This role focuses on end-to-end CRM testing, integration validation, and automation across customer lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, billing, order management, customer data synchronization).

The engineer will collaborate closely with developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to establish robust QA frameworks, automation practices, and quality gates, ensuring high system integrity across cross-platform integrations and cloud migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM systems (Whalecloud EBS / SFDC / Telco CRM platforms).
• Validate end-to-end CRM flows, including:
• Customer onboarding & lifecycle
• Order management & fulfillment
• Billing and charging integrations
• Customer data synchronization across systems
• Perform integration testing across multiple platforms, including:
• CRM Billing (e.g., BSCS)
• CRM Middleware (Axway / APIs)
• CRM Data platforms (EDW, ODS)
• Develop and execute API testing (REST/SOAP) for CRM services and integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CRM systems, such as: Whalecloud EBS (preferred), Salesforce (SFDC), other telco CRM platforms

Hands-on experience in:

• API testing (Postman, REST tools)
• Integration testing across multiple systems
• SQL and data validation
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar).

This role is for a StarHub Subsidiary. The Engineer will be managing the scope as stated below:   

Key Responsibilities:

• implementation, setup, and configuration of storage and backup solutions
• Deploy and configure Huawei storage systems, including Dorado and OceanProtect
• Implement and configure Huawei HyperMetro for active-active storage solutions (optional)
• Handle storage provisioning, RAID configuration, LUN creation, and mapping
• Perform initial system setup, firmware upgrades, and health checks
• Configure replication, snapshots, HyperMetro, and other data protection features
• Integrate storage with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix) 
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Follow standard deployment procedures, documentation, and best practices
• Provide basic knowledge transfer and handover after project completion
• Knows Nutanix, VMWare, Linux, Windows will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Proven experience in storage implementation and deployment

Job Description

The EBG CRM/OM Domain Owner holds end-to-end accountability for the strategy, delivery, and sustained health of StarHub’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM) platforms. This includes stewardship of Salesforce CRM, CloudSense CPQ/Order Management, and other bespoke CRM/OM solutions, as well as responsibility for evolving StarHub’s broader CRM/OM landscape.

This role ensures that CRM/OM capabilities enable and empower sales and service channels for SME, Enterprise, Wholesale, and International segments. Acting as both a technology steward and business partner, the role balances operational reliability with innovation, ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences. This position is pivotal in driving automation, platform stability, compliance, and business continuity, while shaping the long-term CRM/OM roadmap to align with enterprise priorities and evolving market needs.
