We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to work on areal-world Access Control System that manages building security, door access, and hardware communication.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience with enterprise software, IoT devices, and applied AI, beyond pure application development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital trunked radio systems for MRT/LRT communications, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations.
• Interpret project requirements and translate them into high-performance radio system designs tailored for rail environments.
• Develop and review IT network architectures at radio network system level and BIM-based system drawings to design efficient RF cable routing and comprehensive coverage planning.
• Perform RF engineering analyses, including intermodulation and interference studies, EMC/EMI assessments, cell planning, and RF link budgeting to ensure reliable system performance across both dense urban and rural environment.
• Lead system integration activities, coordinating with other sub-systems, site testing, commissioning, conduct troubleshooting and providing post-deployment warranty support.
• Analyze and interpret complex technical documentation, including schematics, engineering drawings, and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all technical and operational project requirements, while securing necessary client approvals.
• Participate in project meetings, handling administrative responsibilities and supporting overall project execution.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and overseeing project resources and managing subcontractor activities.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard radio communication systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, design drawings, and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
• Troubleshoot and improve system performance by analyzing operational logs, applying system patches, and conducting validation tests

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, especially in communication systems.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments and adaptable to working hours aligned with railway engineering schedules.

Infrastructure System Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Engineer to support, maintain, and optimise our on‑premise and cloud IT infrastructure. This role requires strong hands‑on technical capability, project collaboration, and the ability to ensure secure, stable, and efficient infrastructure operations.

Job Description:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and on‑prem/cloud environments.

• Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system performance across infrastructure components.

• Manage VMware/Hyper‑V platforms and support Windows OS and Windows Server Environments.

• Support AWS/Azure infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.

• Perform system/database setup, patching, backup, DR and automate tasks.

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope

• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters

• Set up network switches, perform network checks, and configure IP settings for project devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and IT system issues.

• Support data migration, integration, monitoring, security and compliance.

• Participate in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.

• Work with services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure or system engineering roles.

• Experience with backup/recovery, documentation, and supporting tender requirements.

• Familiarity with certification/key management and common infrastructure services.

• Bonus skills: SQL, VAPT tools, basic development knowledge, access control systems, failover/ redundancy tech.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and time‑management skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong process and documentation discipline.
